- How can I request a return?
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to us at email@example.com to request a return/refund for any reason. We will accept return/refund requests for 14 days from the tracked delivery date.
Our time frame for order processing is between 2-4 Business days, between 8am-4pm. We do not make deliveries or ship orders on public holidays or any other days except working days.
We are always growing our list and need your help in finding the schools that truly need help. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to recommend a school or school district we should contact. If you are with a school or school district and would like more information on how we can help please contact us.
