Shipping and Return Policy



We would like to thank you for shopping with Renegade Rose. We appreciate all our customers and everything you do to share what it means to Live Fearless.


The information and terms set out below constitutes our shipping and return policy; please read them carefully.


Processing time of Orders 

Our time frame for order processing is between 2-4 Business days, between 8am-4pm. We do not make deliveries or ship orders on public holidays or any other days except working days.


How to make Returns

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to us at cs@renegaderoseathletics.com to request a return/refund for any reason. We will accept return/refund requests for 14 days from the tracked delivery date. Your money will be returned back to the original payment method within 3-10 business days depending on your bank and the day the refund is made. We are not responsible for any FX charges that your bank charges; we process all orders in USD.


Methods of Shipping

We use the following shipping methods to deliver orders

We have warehouses in North Carolina, California, Mexico, Latvia and China. 
Our free shipping applies to all free standard shipping for any items. 
Delivery Guarantee
If you do not recieve your order within 30 days of your order date, you will be refunded 25% back to your original payment method. If your order is not delivered within 60 days of your order date, we will offer you a full refund and you can keep the order when it arrives.

Please NOTE that there may be delay in shipment, and many factors can be responsible for that e.g If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and fulfillment on orders can take up to 4 days before being shipped.

Order tracking 

A Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Damage to products or items shipped.

In the event your order or products gets to you in a damaged condition, please note contact us at cs@renegaderoseathletics.com


Shipping Policy and Terms

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure you address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviationes and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will ussue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse any shipments from www.renegaderoseathletics.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have no received it. You must address this with your postal service. Renegade Rose LLC does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered. 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-29 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. we and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local pose office to find out if that applies to you as we do not cover additional customs fee charges. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
